My mission is to help my fellow humans out of their money rut and to help disassociate money from self worth.
01. Improving financial education in our underserved system and teach our young ones the values that will help them tackle the white noise that steers them into habits that don’t benefit them.
02. By being at the forefront and creating technology that takes away the hard work of managing money and helps us understand our money decisions and associations.
03. Researching human behaviour with one of Australia’s best Universities, The University of Technology (UTS) to understand how we can best help people improve their savings and minimise discretionary spending.
If you’re anything like me, you probably have some fear about how our kids are going to get ahead financially as the cost of living grows, housing becomes more and more unaffordable, and spending becomes easier with a simple mindless tap.

My Work
01.
‘The Magical Seeds’
Having money conversations with our kids really helps them build great money values from an early age. Like many of the habits we teach our children, it starts small, is reinforced repeatedly over the years as they age, and before we know it… It’s second nature for them. ‘The Magical Seeds’ is a children’s book designed to start this conversation as young as 3 years old and is the first of many resources I’m building for parents and educators to help raise our kids into financially well adults.
02.
Caro App
In a world where it’s becoming easier to buy things you don’t need, where you are rewarded for spending, where paying for something is a tap away and the impact is invisible, where the ability to acquire things we don’t need with money we don’t have is celebrated – we realised the system is broken and not designed for you to succeed.
Caro is the anti-dote! The digital wallet designed with only your success in mind and backed by behavioural economics research.
03.
PhD Research
My PhD interest is to contribute new research on incremental behavioural improvement in personal finance and understand how micro-behaviour changes compound, which interventions are most effective in digital environments, and how real-world financial wellbeing can be improved at scale. By integrating academic research with the practical development of Caro, my goal is to create ethical, evidence-based tools that meaningfully empower people to improve their financial lives in an environment designed for them to succeed.
